Our Vision
At Silver Strand Marina Homeowners Association, we envision a vibrant and harmonious community, nestled along the picturesque shores of Marina del Rey. We strive to create a welcoming and close-knit neighborhood that embraces the coastal lifestyle while fostering a strong sense of unity, safety, and pride among our residents.
Who We Are
The SSMHOA represents the interests of the residents and property owners within the Silver Strand Beach neighborhood of Marina del Rey. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our community and maintaining the safety, unique charm and character of this coastal enclave. Our area extends between Roma Court and Via Dolce, and from Ketch Mall and Topsail Mall. Our expert administrative management team is Bali Management in Torrance, California.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all who call the Silver Strand home. We accomplish this by:
- Safety and Security: We prioritize the safety of our residents by supporting initiatives that ensure a secure living environment, including 24x7 dedicated patrol cars, neighborhood watch programs, and emergency preparedness.
- Landscaping: We focus on the management and beautification of the malls and walk path beside the Ballona Creek, ensuring that these areas remain attractive, safe, and well-maintained, enhancing the overall aesthetic of our neighborhood.
-Community Advocacy: We serve as a collective voice for our residents, advocating for their rights and concerns, and working closely with local authorities to ensure the best interests of our community are always upheld.
-Community Engagement: We organize and promote social events, meetings, and activities that foster connections among neighbors, creating a strong sense of belonging.
-Communication: We keep residents informed about important issues, events, and news through our homeowner-only private website, and direct homeowner communications.
We hope all our homeowner will attend our HOA Board Meetings held every two months, our Annual Board Meeting, and our yearly Block Party. Your Board would love to meet you and get your feedback. You can become more involved as a Block Captain, participate on a committee, attend mall parties, and have fun at a Silver Strand Art Group event. We love ideas and we would love all to get involved.
